The "Person Centered" activities focus is changing the way State Surveyors will be grading facilities for compliance. The shift started toward a more personal resident program. These new revisions are meant to bring about a subtle change in the way we care for our elderly. They will help to make the transition from home life to facility life a less drastic change. They will help accommodate the increasing numbers residents of different cultures entering the Health Care system.
