2017-10-24 05:50:25 PM lynmyhre I have a couple residents who are 'giving me the cold shoulder' and saying nasty things about me and my staff because I refuse to go to Walmart to do personal shopping for the residents (it requires me using my credit card and getting reimbursed, and our place is not allowing travel expenses right now anyhow...) Any advice? I've tried being inclusive, tried inviting them to specific events...and one comes to trivia on occasion but makes nasty comments in front of other residents who are doing just fine.

2017-10-24 06:09:54 PM emilyjbquam We have our locla VFW color gaurd come adn do a program every year and we give certificates out to our veterans. This year the residents will also be giving a donation to the Color Gaurd from a fundraiser dinner we do every year
