2018-01-30 07:09:12 PM rickyd Hey all... What a day! We had a mock survey team come in today, and will be here for the next couple of day; need I say, tension was high. However, it was a good day and I was pleased with all the feedback I heard about; clinical and non. Last week the survey team request to sit in on our Resident Council meeting, but had to be invited...the RC Pres and Vice invited them. I have a great council, and very vocal in their likes, dislikes, and change suggestions and desire, so I wasn't sure what the survey team was going to hear. I couldn't have been more pleased, and proud, of the council.
