Example Gospel Power Hour I list the names on the attendance sheet Bingo I use another sheet for documentation 1:1 visit another sheet. Then at the end of the day I go back and look at my sheet so I chart correctly what was done. I keep this in a binder with the 12 months October goes in October section. It helps with state if they come in and say what group activity did such and such do on this day I can always look in my binder and refer
