I am printing up smiles on a stick for them to use even if they are not feeling it. We will also talk about how stress and negativity is bad for the body and soul and how faking happy is beneficial.

They have plaques with a picture of them when they were in the service and then now, along with their name, branch and rank. I thought of doing something similar (smaller scale due to lack of space) for the patriotic holidays

I chicken out.. I told them what I was going to do but that I wanted to keep my job. they liked the joke. That some started to tell others ..just so they could say Arpril Fools. It was a great day. "bingo was saved"
