Grapes are on the top 10 list for choking I was aware so I delived the tray putting the grapes far away from patient hoping I could remove them quickly ... I replaced with apple sauce I'm educated in food handling and diet types trying to be smooth ..?? Later interview me and asked about the grapes?? I was honest and told him I new patient could not have them I tryed placing them on side and grab the grapes swiching them out with applesause hoping he did not notice. I was trying to help dietary dept.. But , didn't work ...
