2017-05-02 06:47:22 PM kbertocci I don't think it is appropraite in our facility for us to help the residents with their "spring cleaning", moreso the family members (unless they don't have family who comes to see them). We have incidents where residents say that they are missing an item, to which we have to replace. Even if the item never existed, we have a policy that we must replace it. We have about half of our resdients with Dementia and Alzheimers, so that could get a little tricky. Myabe if we get them to sign a release of their items with a list showing that they approved us to remove the item from their room? Just tring to cover all bases
