2017-09-12 05:31:49 PM lynmyhre I was going to bounce an idea off ya'll...feedback desire! Our facility gives a small welcome packet and assigns an ambassador to new residents. We are a SNF, so we do have a big turnover in our rehab unit. HOWEVER...I thought about creating a Activity specific welcome packet. Include a larger calendar (a small one is in the other pack). 11X14, or 11X17. Then a few printed out crosswords, word finds, trivia sheets. THEN...a nice pamphlet with our entertainers and a description of their show.
