We don't have access to a bus so outings are really difficult and this gives them the opportunity to get out and get new food they don't normallly get

We have photo props and inflatable fish and birds for hte pictures. we also have a big beach towel that we use to cover up the wheelchairs so the residents really feel they are there when they look at the pictures
