It's old and in need of some major refurbing, but we have a beautiful landscape with multiple garden areas with tables and benches, and fenced in patio, plus a wonderful view of the Olympic Mountains and the Juan deFuca Straight... not to mention a great staff and leadership that put the residents first!

2018-02-20 07:50:12 PM dmartin between 2 sets of different care plan days, one for rehab one for long term 2 managers meeting daily clinical everyday MDS's and care plans, calendar planning scheduling entertainment and all required paperwork budget etc little time spending with them but I still do it at least 3-4 times a week even if its joing in a physical game for 15 minutes

They have stated in Resident council that they are happy doing their own thing. Most of my residents have moved from independent living apartments and are used to doing their own things.
