2019-02-19 07:34:53 PM rrobinson memory quilt could be tough for us because we dont quilt. but if we could take pictures throughout the week, we could involve the residents in a scarpbooking event on friday. create a scrapbook of all of the fun events we did all week. the book would take some time to complete, but that just means we get to look back and enjoy the events for as long as it takes to put the book together

We also had residents hand out flowers at the local wawa for valentines day. In our healthtalk this month we discussed how doing things for others helps feed our souls.

For me, that includes spending time with family, being the best I can for my residents, spending time with friends, making time to go to the gym a few times a week, making sure I'm paying attention to the needs of myself and those around me.
