I remind myself that the stress I'm feeling I'm putting on myself, to breathe, and give everything more time to settle down. Time is a construct we have control over per our perception of it. IT does not control us! :)

For example, preference of shower, locking your belongings up, private phone convos, snacks, etc. There are actually only a few activity based questions on there. REALLY wish admin/MDS coordinator recognized this and had Nursing ask those questions (they already do!). It's redundant, and honestly once the patient's answers are submitted in the chart...what comes next per the info garnered? Activities we all act on immediately and dive deeper per the eval...but what to the rest of the info?

2019-04-30 06:19:15 PM karlyz Well day off to get wisdom teeth pulled... eke. the social worker said "I don't know how you get all your work done on time. Everytime I go to enter stuff, I see your stuff is already done". I try hard to not waste any time at work. But it gets exhausting.
