Also think about death this way whena baby is born it takes alot of effort on the mom and the baby's part. Well I believe that it takes just as much effort to jet go of this world. I have held residents' hands and dried many atear ,but in a way sometimes it is very peaceful God is in the room. Its an honor to be invited to be part of that process.

2020-06-16 05:48:13 PM paulapoole I came out of decades of ministry and got into senior care through an agency and then started getting calls for private clients. I worked with, as it turned out pallative care and didn't really know it. Also, had about 50% of my clients with Alzheimers. Then moved to MI and started as an activity aid and now a director... trying (fighting) to get past this class LOL with all my other stuff.
