We also have a folder for each unit with resident preferences there, but often CNA's wind up memorizing a lot of it, or maybe using it or not depending on tasks and time allotments. A few scheudle cares around preferred activities for residents which is great!

2014-08-14 06:38:39 PM wward We provide evening activities on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday from 6:30 until 8 on our Memory Care Unit only. We have found that keeping those residents busy until the CNAs can get them into bed is very helpful.
