2014-10-16 05:57:58 PM jackie3 Well...we are always required to be in uniform...specific uniforms...all staff is...our company is big on that....so if you want to wear an ugly sweater for a contest you have to pay $5 to be out of uniform that day...the residents judge an the staff win a prize

2014-10-16 06:10:09 PM 1263i we are a faucility with aqbout thirty six people most of them guys that have been to prison and were paroled out to us . The only thing i see her doingis giving them cigarettes on smoke breaks. They dont play bingo celebrate birthdays or anything fun.

Its like they want something to do because they have been in a structured enviroment but its nothing for them to do so they r bored stiff and yes i do have my work cut out for me. We were lucky enough to get 44 students this semester. They are quite helpful! I had one group doing 1:1's tonight, and another group ran our sing along in the dementia unit.

The residents go through the list and circle or cut out what they find in the sales flyers.
2014-10-16 06:21:03 PM wward Motivating the volunteers has been easier this year. We have to grade them each time they come in, and if they don't do a good job, they don't get credit for that visit. So they have been doing a great job...so far.
