This way, any questions or concerns they have can be answered and i feel like it brings management closer with residents. All the managers play a part in the nursing home setting so I think it is important that the whole team is involved.

You take a very small baby pool or a large container that you can put water in an get 10 to 12 rubber ducks. Put a the same picture on every 2 of the ducks so they make a pair. the you put them in the water and the residents try and find the matches.
