2016-06-28 06:14:27 PM salinass It was not a water balloon fight, it was a sensory actvitiy, we froze the balloons, then put them in water, the residents would feel the balloons in a small basin with water in it. We did it on our patio and we had some with water, they tossed the balloons at us or on the floor. it was fun.

2016-06-28 06:15:34 PM sharonrwaltz we have a "safety aide" that helps on the locked unit, but their help is limited. As for the other skilled nursing and personal care nurses...no help.

But when I come to her with a problem or a concern, she either blows me off or basically insinuates that the problem is me. What should I do?
