We are trying to find a group to come and gift wrap. Its going to be so much fun

I have several residents who like their photos taken, either with therapy dogs or holiday decorations. We don't have a facility camera. Is it violating HIPPA for staff to take on cell phones, print on our printer, and delete immediately after? Even considering that some of my residents have a guardian or POA?
