2017-11-07 07:12:47 PM melissaz Hannukah is not one of the big holy days, but it is one of the fluffy fun holidays. It's based around the nightly blessings and lighting of the Manorah. It is a family togetherness holiday. My Jewish friends say their family eats their way through the holiday. Not terribly different from Christmas. Do a google search for Jewish online stores, there is a ton of information out there. Are you near a strong Jewish community? What do you Jewish residents want to do?
2017-11-07 07:12:47 PM debw23 we have trouble going "off campus" for things like christams lisghts because our vehicle is made more for carrying wheelchairs and less accomondating for comfort so a lot o the residents don't want to ride in it
