i havent even had time to think about my cert test. i feel i am doing just enough to get by for this class, my admin just doubled my work load and making me be on the floor for 8 hours instead of 4 and now i have to work over for my charting and interviewing and forced me to take room visits for my 1-1s off my calendar and i now dont have time with the activities calendar. and all activities have to be group acording to her.
