We began a program this month at the facility where we welcome all short term rehab patients to join our "wine & cheese" event in the Corner Cafe that we have. However, marketing believes that this is inappropriate since it is not scheduled for ALL residents rather as something special for the short-term patients. What do you think?

Even though we have caring staff it is easy to slide into bad habits of doing before listening.
