2018-03-06 07:52:11 PM jkunc I do all my own assessments as well as six 1 hour activities a day. Finding myself working at home nights and weekends (off the clock). Work hard to time manage and prioritize, but I'm not keeping up. It's not a good habit-but I really want to be successful in my work and provide our residents with the best engagement possible. Feeling burnout coming...but I sure don't want it to. Thoughts?
