In "Scene It", you pop in a DVD (comes with the game) and you answer a single question about that video clip. In my version ("Hear It"), I will play a CD in which all the songs have something in common (either genre or holiday, etc.). I will ask a question about either the song or the artist. Then I will play the song for about 30 seconds. After that, I will pause the song and reveal the answer. Regardless of whether or not they got it right, I will then restart the song and play it all the way through. They are then invited to sing along, dance along, or whatever they want
