One facility I know had their DON teach "health" therapy teach "gym", billing teach "math" etc.

2018-04-12 06:06:43 PM susankent getting clinical staff is hard but you do have some CNA staff that care. another way to get them to assist in bringing residents down to activities is to let them know the more residents down for activities the less residents they have to worry about. it's sounds bad but at times it works.
