She is so great in activities and is so bogged down in paperwork, we don't get the opportunity to see her in action. I am excited to get this certificate so that I can help with paperwork and we can both do activities. Budget doesn't support 2 AD's, but for now it may work. Does anyone else share the role?

Advertised and discussed at resident council bjut the day before or day of the residents back out. Short term care residents are restricted by insurance.

They really enjoy it themselves. I like to pick topics of interest and do trivia. Like the job they use to do. I find out info and use it to make them feel happy about something they have done and know.
