A fellow activity director implemented "Whatever Wednesdays" Basically one hour is reserved for resident to decide on what they want to do. It also gives us ADs to try our crazy wild ideas without the pressure of having it on a calendar (in case the residents dont like it).

I have addressed it with morning meeting w/all managers as well as with my admin. we can not seem to get it together. today I was told that the staff just cant keep up with all the cut backs. I proceeded to tell them that the STATE REGS SAY WE MUST PROVIDE THE ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO F#---. THERE WAS A PREGNANT PAUSE IN THE ROOM. THE ADMINISTRATOR BACKED ME UP
