2015-11-06 01:06:00 PM connie47 I'm having a terrible, overwhelming time with Week 3 where I have to write a plan of correction. I figure I am making it harder than what it is, but..... I am the AD for Senior Behavioral Health and we do not have to assesss due to patients coming and going. OUr unit is full right now with 12 patients who are either suicidal or severe dementia, so it is just adding to my frustration of not understanding this easily.
