I'm trying to get a meeting together with the DON, the AD and the woman who does the scheduling. This woman does the scheduling for the CNA's and the activity staff for three buildings. I have trained two AA in the past couple months and they both ended up not staying. When I brought the idea of a meeting to the woman in charge of marketing and who is also in a relationship and living with the CEO and owner of all three facilities;
