2016-02-16 06:53:46 PM kgates Hi, our forms would take hours to fill out for each activity, so we do a room chart, highlight residents who attend, and add notes to the side if there is something important to report in progress notes. Then we keep it in a binder by date in case ever asked for hard copies. The one thing we always get asked by state is for 6 months worth of Residents Coucil meeting minutes. I believe they do this to see if the things residents complain about are being looked into by the appropriate deaprtment.
