Until I know the need to do an Initial Assessment, MDS , Care Plan, Progress Note( Quarterly, Annual, Significant Change). I found in the program a Quarterly/Annual Assessment. The Activities Director before me was doing those assessment. In two facilities that i was working before never i see those assessment using the same program Point Click Care. My question is if I need to do it or there is any regulation by the state that the activities department need to do quarterly/annual assessments.
