2016-10-25 06:52:49 PM dorisb Tortilla roll-ups are mayo, cheese, ground up ham, whatever you basically want to put together, and put it on a tortilla and roll it up. Then cut in about 1 inch chunks. I use toothpicks to hold them together. They're best if made ahead and sit overnight.
