2013-07-16 06:12:58 PM letroces4 our 1:1 has a space for how much minutes spent with residents.... and i know we have talked about the time for 1:1 before and that it is anywhere between 5-15 minutes as song as the RESIDENT's needs are met.... but i work in a corporate with other skilled nursing facilities and our corporate asked that we used the same format and same forms... so we have that space asking how much time was spent... do you think that i should just leave that blank?

2013-07-16 06:25:12 PM dscarbor There is also 3-2-1. 1 box cake mix, vanilla or choclate, 1 box angle food cake mix. Mix all together. Place 3 tablespoons in a coffee mug, 2 tablespoons of water, mix well and cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Cool whip on top its delish!
