Especially resdients that don't talk much. gives them something to do and talk about during mealtime. Because we have to serve meals it works out great.

I give BingoBucks for winnings at certain activities and then once a month let them shop our "country shopper" that has a lot of fun things (hand lotions, fuzzy socks, etc)

Has leather menu's and takes orders like waitress style. so every other month take them over there. But can only take so many and not all can go on golfcart. But they love it.
