I've almost gotten to know everyone in our main unit, most of the men in the men's unit, and around 20 women in the women's unit, and it's almost the end of June. Factor in a face mask, because none of the residents have ever seen my face, and I'm feeling pretty good. I hope I don't have to re-introduce myself when the mask comes off

Damon did give me the new credentialing body's information. It is naapcc.net and you can go on their and look up the activity director certification requirements. it will show you PATHS not TRACKS and Damon stated he believes it is PATH 2 we will be on. it should state that its a 36 hour course with 2,000 hours of experience required to qualify for the credential.

To require us to get our experience at a facility you do not work at is no longer required due to covid. you now will get the experience through your work instead.

Celeste Chase is writting up the new course as we speak. It will last 2 months and we won't have to take a 2nd course. After this new course we can take the board exam. It's a fast track to becoming ADC
