2016-02-23 07:16:10 PM katykrv i work in a very small facility. 40 residents..there is just two of us in activities. right now im the assistant and the activity director has been there for 17 years. sometimes i feel if i suggest something she might feel like im trying to put my input in where it doesnt belong...but i really want to suggest sooo many fun new things to put on the calender. she is amazing at her job and i dont want to offend her in any way. anyone have any advice !?

2016-02-23 07:23:20 PM jaiken Like the photo booth, but for every event in our facility, I set up our own "photo backdrop" with plastic table clothes and a nice border or balloons cascading, one valentine's I used a large piece of pink satin, print all photos and put in residents rooms, they love having the memory to look back on
