2018-06-05 06:24:18 PM jtilford One resident told me yesterday she couldn't go to bingo because it was her shower time. We have an issue with her showering too, but I told her the time could be adjusted. She was at bingo today
2018-06-05 06:24:24 PM lorik i have only been doing this since February. I know i will have plenty more meaningful conversations. But I have had one with a resident about his stay in hospital about seeing his deceased mother. He passed away less than two weeks later. I have another that has been telling he is ready to go and why is it taking so long. It is very humbling
2018-06-05 06:24:33 PM sharlawoolley Our staff is always busy too. We are just consistant in reminding them they need to help. We also hold contest and give prizes to staff that participate the most.
2018-06-05 06:24:35 PM diannekilroy Yep. Thats what upsets me. The residents need us, they are so bored and lonely on the weekends, I pray for more volunteers, but with summer that will be a few less of a chance
