2019-10-10 06:03:10 PM bpasdon cchase, there are many issues amongst my staff.... 4 of the 6 activities staff (Also the CNA;s) have been there for over 10 year some 2 for 20 and they tend to have big fights, with eachother and dont take well to new staff.. i am there manager and much younger than them and they show me no repect sometimes. my program manager is great but if i say the wrong thing she comes down on me so i tend to just deal with it

So for her to get this award is a true honor because she goes above and beyond for the residents everyday and helps out in multiple departments
