We then use them as Bingo and Pokeno prizes and take residents' photos (only if they signed a photo/video release) with their new prizes to share with those who donated.

From what i have been hearing my co-workers do not agree with any of our boss's decisions. The department seems disorganized and some people not seeing eye to eye. Im just a spectator at this point since i'm new. I hope this blows over. I have so many ideas but i don't want to change things too fast.
