Our 3rd shift staff has only a few members (we are a smaller facility) and they tend to be pretty disconnected. I will definetly be putting that suggestion into effect. Thanks again!
2019-10-15 06:11:04 PM angelalgreathouse we have our annual haunted hallways which is open to the community as well as residents and family. the residents help with decorations and running the games such as apple bob, witch toss, drawing station and face painting.

2019-10-15 06:12:19 PM kathyhughes Jamie...I would discuss this with the DON and the Admininstrator...I would also ask the residents who participate in the activities if they are being short changed because of this and if they are they should mention it at Resident Council...but I would do a time study and document when nursing dumps residents on you
