2016-03-31 06:48:11 PM kathyhughes Not sure what a Circle of Learning is
2016-03-31 06:48:23 PM 85cindy That is when all depts, have to do a learning session that everyone participates in and gets marked for it. So example social services and recreation will go over residents rights.
2016-03-31 06:48:25 PM reneebragg Rosemary and how much we prepare and try to find something for everyone to connect

2016-03-31 06:49:29 PM sharonrwaltz Well, babysitters actually do similar work if they're good at their jobs. Just like the residents, kids need sensory stimulation, safety, snacks/hydration, educational considerations, etc. That's what I tell people when they call me a babysitter.
2016-03-31 06:49:30 PM reneebragg I did an inservice to the nurses in rehab. about activities
2016-03-31 06:49:31 PM rose48mary and sometimes you can't please everyone

2016-03-31 06:49:50 PM rose48mary from residents, staff and family
2016-03-31 06:49:52 PM ashleyd we really only to inservices to new employees and for our own department.
