2016-03-22 06:35:15 PM kgates We offer a VOA presentation on how we became a nursing home and the history of our company, then we celebrate. Last year we handed out cowboy hats, and had the residents state what they liked about our facility and what they didn't like. It was amazing and we found out what we were doing well and not so well. We used it as a tool to change a few things. We put the residents picures in the newsletter too.
2016-03-22 06:35:20 PM cindythomas Great idea! I think since we do not have any servicesand/or activities scheduled for the weekend. A Bingo marthon would be a great opportunity to engage as well as work on other skills

2016-03-22 06:42:28 PM kgates From the reading assignment we did I found out men like racing. Easy and fun for the men.
