We introduce the pair and let them get to know one other. This has worked out really well and has resulted in many volunteers and residents forming close bonds.

2016-03-15 06:08:13 PM kmykalw I never let a volunteer do 1:1s unless they are in a common area. I find that works the best, just in case something should occur that the volunteer isn't equiped to handle
