Red cards with hand colored hearts made by the residents here to give thme a special touch. We are oredering green and white checkered table cloths and green napkins and white silverware. We will have the Golden Oldies play songs from the past and by request. Our dietary department is making three tiered dessert trays for each table and I am ordering tea from seattle. We will be doing a table to table poem where each table comes up with a line for the poem. Special

2016-04-05 06:13:56 PM kgates Yeah they use tissue and glue, the tissue is in different colors so they can be creative. Then we have a huge basket of flowers they can choose from to fill their vases. They will look great at the Mothers Day tea and gives them something to talk about too.

2016-04-05 06:14:24 PM isabel1 i think im gonna do teh tea and spa. im gonna prepare iced tea in tall, slender glasses, put a slice of lemon and a tiny umbrella to add up to the feel. i'll let the ladies wear sun visor or "sombrero". and play a spa music cd (there is actually a gadget for this with different sounds, like bird sounds, water falls or waves, etc). while the other ladies are waiting for their turns, i'm gonna let them do some flower arrangements, and when their fingers are tired, then a good spa, as in hand massage is just right.
