We also review the resident's feedback on each department, i.e., nursing, therapy, dietary, and activities. All feedback (good and or bad) is sent to the Executive Administator and reviewed at staff meetings. Each department head also receives a copy of their departments feedback from the residents.

I play the guitar and sing for the residents at least once a week for a daytime activity; and also bring it in on rotating Fri and Sat evenings. We also try to budget $100.00 a month for entertainment; however, that might go away in 2018.
