2016-04-08 08:50:39 AM kmunson Kathy, I have a question!! I do not have anyone that I can work under who is certified in my facility. I did however find a Certified Activity Director in another facility, she encouraged me to put in an application, so of course I am going to today! I am extremely enthusiastic about this career advancement and of course putting it into practice. My question is , what do I do if I'm not hired in time of due date for this assignment?
