Residents could watch the beans sprouting in the bags and growing every day. Several would gather around to see how theres was doing and compare to others. Then you can transplant them to the small pot and watch the beans grow.

We get a lot of good volunteers that way. They students find out that they like working with the seniors and many of them stay on after they graduate.
