2020-09-22 07:42:36 PM kathrynlsvec we have worked with ours for our selectivetly incontinent resident. our administrator and the ombudsman came up with the redirection that if she cannot let nursing staff know when she needs assistance to get to the restroom during an activity, then she cannot come to group activities for 30 days. it was becoming an every activitiy- multiple times a day occurrence. even when they would toilet her immediately before the group activitiy.
