2019-12-05 07:39:16 PM edithscarrillo well the other day one of my residents recieved some packages, they were vitamins and calcium, I had the CNA's manager to go with me cuz you can tell it was some type of medicine, we asked for permission to open the package in front of him and she kept the bottles and give them to the nurse

2019-12-05 07:42:17 PM francine The resident threatened to call state because we violated his rights and threatened to call the police because he wasn't asked first. A mess for sure!!! The admin did talk to the police and I'm not sure what was said but everything worked out. I think they threatened him with a 30 day eviction notice
